COOKED FROM FROZEN: Preheat oven to 400°F. On a tray covered with aluminum foil or wax paper, spread a little oil to prevent the fish from adhering to the surface, bake 22 minutes.
COOKED FROM DEFROSTED: Preheat oven to 400°F. On a tray covered with aluminum foil or wax paper, spread a little oil to prevent the fish from adhering to the surface, bake 10 minutes.

COOKED FROM FROZEN: Add 1 tablespoon of oil to a non-stick skillet and cook at medium heat for 6 minutes. Flip the fish and cook another 5 minutes.
COOKED FROM DEFROSTED: Add 1 tablespoon of oil to a non-stick skillet and cook at medium heat for 3 minutes. Flip the fish and cook another 3 minutes.

For all cooking methods, cook until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
