These tasty fillets of yellowfin sole are from MSC certified fisheries and a product of the Netherlands. They have been lightly dusted with a crispy bread crumb coating and seasoned with lemon and parsley. The combination of textures between the tender fish and the crunchy coating makes them a delicious meal center which is very easy to prepare.

Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave.
Keep raw fish and seafood from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensis, and hands after touching raw fish or seafood.
Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 145˚ F. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Bake
COOKED FROM FROZEN: Preheat oven to 400°F. On a tray covered with aluminum foil or wax paper, spread a little oil to prevent the fish from adhering to the surface, bake 15 minutes.
COOKED FROM DEFROSTED: Preheat oven to 400°F. On a tray covered with aluminum foil or wax paper, spread a little oil to prevent the fish from adhering to the surface, bake 8 minutes.
Pan-Fry
COOKED FROM FROZEN: Add 1 tablespoon of oil to a non-stick skillet and cook at medium heat for 4 minutes. Flip the fish and cook another 2 minutes.
COOKED FROM DEFROSTED: Add 1 tablespoon of oil to a non-stick skillet and cook at medium heat for 2 minutes. Flip the fish and cook another 2 minutes.
For all cooking methods, cook until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
