Tilapia (Oreochromis Niloticus), salted butter (pasteurized cream, salt), garlic, sugar, key west lime juice (filtered water, lime juice concentrate, lime oil), key west lemon juice (filtered water, lemon juice concentrate, lemon oil), jalapeno peppers, cornstarch, habanero sauce (organic red ripened jalapeno peppers, organic ripened habanero peppers, organic vinegar, sea salt, organic apple cider vinegar), parsley, orange extract (alcohol (79%), water, orange oil).

For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions.
Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave.
Keep raw fish and seafood from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensis, and hands after touching raw fish or seafood.
Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 145˚ F. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Bake
Preheat the oven at 400F. In a pre-oiled baking sheet place the fillet, place half of the butter puck on each fillet and cook for 14 minutes.
Pan-Fry
Place in a hot nonstick skillet pan with a tablespoon of olive oil cook the tilapia at medium high temperature for 3 minutes, flip the fillet place half of the butter puck on each fillet and another 3 minutes.
Air Fryer
Spray the air fryer with olive oil, place the tilapia fillet, put on top half of the butter puck on each fillet and cook at 400F for 10-12 minutes.
For all cooking methods, cook until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
