Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake on an oiled baking sheet for 12 minutes.

Pan-Fry Icon

Pan-Fry

Oil a non-stick skillet and cook at medium heat for 3 minutes. Flip the cod and cook another 3 minutes.

For all cooking methods, cook until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
