Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 145˚ F. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Preheat oven to 450°F. Place fish on an oiled baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes.
Heat sunflower or olive oil over medium heat. Pan fry for 4 minutes, flip and cook another 4 minutes.
For all cooking methods, cook until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
